Program questions
Is the credit reward per customer or per product?
Per customer. Each qualifying active referred customer earns you 25 Live Drive credits per month, regardless of how many eligible products that customer subscribes to.
What happens if a customer cancels or gets a refund?
Refunds and cancellations affect reward eligibility. Monthly rewards require a qualifying active customer, and refunded payments do not qualify for commission.
