What is Mad Maxx?

Mad Maxx is Viper’s local campaign product, built around location-based workflows and Live Drives. It is aimed at agencies and practitioners managing businesses with a defined location and service area. The setup centers on the business, the surrounding geography and the campaign options you choose.

Choose driving, walking, biking or transit options within your plan’s allowance. The latest update adds Google Voice Search to Mad Maxx, Kraken and Chronos. Choose the workflow and monthly allowances that fit your local campaign.

See the local workflow

Watch the Mad Maxx demonstration to understand the product’s local campaign approach. A walkthrough is most useful when you compare what appears on screen with the work you actually need to perform: business selection, geography, campaign controls and the allowance available to your account.

The recording may predate the latest voice feature. The product update entry identifies the newly confirmed change. Ask for a current demonstration of any setting that is essential to your purchase.

Define the local task before selecting an allowance

Identify the right business

Use the intended business and location consistently in your campaign notes. A multi-location company needs a clear distinction between its branches, their Business Profiles and their destination pages. Mixing them together can make both implementation and results harder to interpret.

Describe the area you serve

A campaign radius is an operational choice; it does not create a promise that the business will rank across that radius. A narrow neighborhood, a dense urban center and a dispersed service area can require different measurement coverage. Keep the selected center and boundaries with the campaign record.

Separate campaign delivery from local visibility

A delivered Live Drive is a unit of campaign activity. Review it separately from a local ranking measurement, a customer direction request or a verified visit. Keep calls, forms, qualified leads and sales in a business-outcome report so the meaning of each metric remains clear.

Google Voice Search is now part of the update

Google Voice Search is now available in Mad Maxx, alongside the recent updates to Kraken and Chronos. This adds a voice-search capability to the tool. It does not establish that all three products have identical menus, search-engine combinations or account limits.

For Mad Maxx, check the current account controls and training for available mode and engine combinations. If you need the four-engine options offered by Kraken and Chronos, compare those products before selecting your plan. Read the voice-search feature guide for the shared update and product distinctions.

Make your local comparisons meaningful

Google describes local results in terms of relevance, distance and prominence. Its local-ranking guidance does not promise a higher position in exchange for running a Live Drive campaign. A useful evaluation keeps the software’s activity record alongside a separate local visibility baseline.

Use the same grid center, spacing, keywords and scan schedule for comparable measurements. Record website improvements, new reviews, profile changes and other campaigns during the same period. Review the pattern across the area, not only the strongest pin on a screenshot. The local campaign measurement guide includes a practical record you can use.

Get software support and practical training

Michael builds the tools and supports the people using them. Customers receive the training and SOPs included with their product, and Michael answers software questions directly. If you want the weekly mastermind as well, verify that the chosen membership or bundle includes it.

Questions before you choose

Does Mad Maxx now include Google Voice Search?

Yes. Google Voice Search is now available in Mad Maxx, Kraken and Chronos.

Are Live Drives the same as real customer visits?

A Live Drive records campaign activity. It should not be reported as a verified paying customer or an independently confirmed store visit.

Will a wider campaign radius guarantee wider Maps rankings?

No. Campaign geography and ranking coverage are different. Keep the measurement area consistent and evaluate visibility and business outcomes separately.

How should I compare Mad Maxx with Kraken?

Choose based on the task: Mad Maxx centers on the local Live Drive workflow, while Kraken is the configurable CTR campaign tool. Review the Viper product comparison and ask about the specific account controls you need.

Are these campaigns approved by Google?

Product availability does not imply platform approval. Google prohibits unauthorized automated queries; evaluate the intended use against the published policies before running a campaign.
